The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for evaluating and analyzing employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. They conduct thorough research, collect and analyze data, and make recommendations to enhance the company's compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and benchmarking to determine industry standards and trends in compensation and benefits.
Analyze compensation data to evaluate the competitiveness of the organization's pay structure.
Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost control and optimization.
Conduct salary surveys to ensure that the organization's compensation remains competitive in the market.
Stay updated on compensation principles, regulations, and best practices.
Provide analytical support for compensation-related projects and initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a compensation & benefits analyst or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
