As the Backend Team Lead at Snapp Store, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our backend development team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend solutions using the .NET. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in .NET development, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in a SaaS environment.

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to drive the successful delivery of projects.
• Work closely with product managers, software architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using the .NET and other relevant technologies.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability to ensure the reliability and stability of our SaaS platform.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and development processes.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement to optimize our SaaS platform.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in backend development and leverage them to enhance our products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of developers in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET.
• Experience with backend technologies such as SQL Server, Web API, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SaaS principles, including multi-tenancy, scalability, and data security.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
