Improve user experience through feedback collection, testing, and close collaboration with developers and designers.
Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
Designing and implementing new processes and workflows within the ERP system to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance user experience.
Developing and documenting detailed process maps, flowcharts, and procedural documentation to guide end users in navigating the ERP system effectively.
Participate in project planning and implementation activities to ensure successful deployment of new ERP system features and enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP system support to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Define and monitor performance metrics and SLAs to ensure the ERP system operates effectively.
Promptly address and investigate issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve them within specified timelines.
Requirements
Graduated in Industrial Engineering
Technical Skills:
Familiar with ERP software structure
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and procedural documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Power BI
Familiarity with project management
Familiarity with SQL
Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business processes within the ERP system.

Working Conditions :
Working Hours: Regular Business Hours
On-call: First 6 WDs of Gregorian months (working days until 10 PM, Holidays From 10AM to 4 PM)
