Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and stories. Manage and schedule content across all platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
Engagement and Community Management: Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions. Manage and grow our social media communities by responding to comments, managing mentions, and fostering a positive online presence.
Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of our social media campaigns using analytics tools. Identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement to refine our strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, to ensure all social media content is aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
Budget Management: Manage the social media budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within the allocated budget while maximizing ROI.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for visual design.
Proven experience in managing social media presence across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with advertising platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with video content creation and management and Photography skills.
