As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappExpress strives to improve online shopping experiences. Great companies are made by excellent teams. We are looking for a new teammate as a Product Manager (Discount & Pricing) in the customer tribe with a strong focus on pricing, vouchers, coupons, and the checkout experience. This role requires a good understanding of product management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements to identify problems related to pricing, vouchers, coupons, and checkout experience. Help provide solutions and track development to ensure the release and delivery of relevant features.
Define a product roadmap tailored to improve pricing strategies, the voucher/coupon management, and checkout experience in line with strategic business goals and plans.
Drive product launches related to discounts and pricing, collaborating with public relations, executives, and other product management team members.
Communicate efficiently with the business stakeholders, a wider team of developers, QA testers, product managers, and product designers to gather insights and ensure effective discount and pricing-related features implementation.
Prioritise and groom backlog items related to pricing, vouchers, coupons, and checkout experience.
Benchmark similar businesses and stay current with pricing and discount trends in the market that could be applied to our business.
Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback related explicitly to discount and pricing features.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in product management, preferably with a focus on pricing, discounts, or coupons.
Strong understanding of the agile methodology and its application in the context of discount and pricing-related features.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Knowledge of SQL is preferred, as it would facilitate data analysis and reporting related to pricing and discount strategies.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
Team spirit and good communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment that requires taking the initiative, applying analytical thinking, and making data-driven decisions to improve discount and pricing features.
