شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Product Director for the Ops Tribe at Snapp! Express, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy for our online grocery startup's operations. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, customer support, and logistics, to drive product innovation and optimize our operational processes. You will also manage a team of product managers and work closely with other product directors to ensure a cohesive product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our online grocery startup's operations, including product vision, feature prioritization, and product development process.
  • Define operational needs and challenges, and use data-driven insights to drive product innovation and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features that enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on optimizing operational processes.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of our operational products and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team is meeting goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other product directors to align the product strategy and roadmap across all tribes, especially regarding operational integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and operational partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on high-impact features that optimize operational processes and align with the company's goals and objectives.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry, with a focus on operations.
  • Proven experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, particularly in the context of operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of operational needs and challenges, with experience using data and insights to drive product development.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with other product directors, especially in integrating operations with other tribes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimize operational processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different operational areas.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of product managers, with a focus on operational product development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on operational impact.
