شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:

The PR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing Smilinno’s public relations strategy to increase brand visibility and reputation. The role involves overseeing media relations, crafting press releases, organizing events, handling crisis communication, and building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the public image of Smilinno and ensuring that the brand message aligns with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and Implement PR Strategies:

·         Create and execute PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and enhance Smilinno’s public image in local and international markets.

·         Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align PR strategies with overall company objectives.

·         Media Relations:

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, industry analysts, and influencers.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and opportunities.

·         Pitch stories to relevant media outlets, ensuring coverage of product launches, updates, and company news.

 

Content Creation:

·         Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and newsletters.

·         Draft speeches, talking points for key executives.

·         Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and external communication platforms to promote Smilinno’s key messages.

 

 Event Planning and Management:

·         Organize and coordinate press conferences, media events, and industry appearances to highlight Smilinno’s presence and leadership in AI-driven services.

·         Manage Smilinno’s participation in industry-related conferences, trade shows, and public speaking engagements.

 

Crisis Management:

·         Develop and implement a crisis communication plan to handle potential reputational risks.

·         Respond swiftly and strategically to any negative media coverage, ensuring that Smilinno’s reputation remains intact.

 

 Stakeholder Engagement:

·         Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, customers, and partners to enhance Smilinno’s reputation as a leader in AI technology.

·         Collaborate with industry influencers to amplify the reach of Smilinno’s message.

·         Monitor and Report on PR Performance:

·         Track media coverage, evaluate PR campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to the business development and marketing teams.

·         Conduct competitive analysis to understand the public positioning of competitors in the AI chatbot space.

 

Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Experience: 

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the tech or AI industry.

·         Experience working with media outlets, journalists, and managing PR campaigns.

·         Skills:

·         Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences.

·         Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

·         Strong relationships with media and influencers in the tech industry are a plus.

·         Ability to handle crisis communications and manage the brand’s reputation.

·         Familiarity with the AI, tech, or customer service sectors is a plus.
