Responsibilities

product strategy and vision:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap,aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and decision-making.

Market Analysis and Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing products and inform product strategy.

Product Planning and prioritization

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and initiatives to be delivered over time.
Prioritize Product features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements Gathering and Definition

Gather and prioritize user requirements, feedback, and insights through user research, cuxtomer interviews, and data analysis.
Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.

Product Development oversight

Provide guidance and direction to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Monitor progress, track key metrics, and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during development, ensuring delivery of high-quality products on schedule.

Product Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of product initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, iteration, and continuous improvement of the product.

Customer Feedback and Iteration

Gather and incorporate customer feedback and insights into the product development process, iterating and refining features based on user needs and preferences.
Solicit feedback through user testing, surveys, and feedback channels, ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development.

Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, investors, and other key decision-makers, providing regular updates and reports on product progress and performance.
Act as an advocate for the product team, representing their interests and priorities in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior product managers and other members of the product team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product team, encouraging experimentation and creativity.
