شرح موقعیت شغلی

Prepare network implementation and operation plans and be involved in planned activities, such as  SMSC, OTA, SMS, VAS, nd MMSC platforms deployment, IN, MSC, GMSC, Interconnect installation, DRA, STP, HLR and HSS platforms deployment, setup and configuration
Perform vendor network planning; Interpret product solutions and technical proposals and prepare HLD/LLD relevant to the solution and vendor expectations
Perform equipment’s commissioning and ATP testing; Performing the L1/L2 support by technologies
Performance management, configuration management, escalation management with necessary expertise to resolve issues
Perform Software Upgrade/Updates an all network domain equipment
Restoration of network problems, prioritizing faults to meet OLA / SLA; investigating faults, providing technical reports to identify cause of problems, and giving preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults/upgrade for the new operational network; Network database updating and maintenance; Routine Inspection
Be responsible for the platforms and after sales technical support, Implementation and Maintenance
Escalation of trouble ticket to third Level and monitor it until solved, Handling the TT (Trouble tickets) and implementation of CR (change requests)
Configuration of needed resources for Service Provisioning; Network resource utilization monitoring
Fulfilling the Service configuration and activation according to plan for Service Provisioning; Fulfil the configuration plan for configuration request
Recommendation of the capacity expansion; Participation in internal technical discussions to improve overall network performance
Performance reporting and administration; coordination with performance department to resolve the KPI degradations

Key technical skills and knowledge

Expert knowledge in telecom mobile network architecture and network design and protocols
Expert knowledge at least 4 of following core components:  SMSC, OTA, SMS, MMSC, IN, MSC, GMSC, Interconnect, DRA, STP, HLR and HSS
Strong knowledge of GSM core network equipment
Familiarity with TCP/IP routing protocol and IP network design
Telecom project implementation


Education and ٍٍٍExperience

Minimum 5 years of experience on mobile network projects delivery
At least 5 years of experience in an Operations and/or Engineering back end environment in a telecom company

Competencies

Strong communication ability
Good team player
Understand the procedure of telecommunication project implementation and maintenance procedure
Very strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving complex network related issues
Fluency in English is preferred
