We are seeking a Marketing Facilitator to join our team and oversee our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and managing a team of professionals in various marketing disciplines. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the CEO and the Marketing team to drive growth and brand awareness through a variety of channels and initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Serves as the main point of contact for all marketing-related tasks and activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination between internal and external team members, as well as the company CEO and marketing team.
- Oversees and coordinates product and campaign analysis, identifying and pursuing business/product development opportunities, analyzing the marketing mix, and managing crowdfunding platforms.
- Manages product tasks, including approving new designs, managing fulfillment and inventory, and overseeing visual content creation.
- Sources and hires freelancers for various tasks such as legal and narration.
- Oversees and coordinates digital marketing efforts, including website development, SEO, content creation, paid advertising, influencer marketing, email marketing, social media, chatbots, and event planning.
- Analyzes marketing data through Google Analytics and creates market surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or management, preferably in e-commerce or related field.
- Excellent English language proficiency and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Knowledge of crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Makuake, Wadiz) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
