شرح موقعیت شغلی

Skills & Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle to support Agile delivery
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban etc
  • Driving the team’s Self-Organization and Cross-Functionality
  • Mentoring and coaching Product team and organization on Agile mindset, practices and tools
  • Ensuring that the Scrum events take place such as retrospectives, planning, stand-ups etc; and facilitating these as necessary
  • Assisting the Product Owner(s) in efficiently managing the product backlog and supporting him/her when necessary
  • Supporting coordination and communication between different scrum teams to Manage dependencies 
  • Developed and promoted a culture of continuous improvement
  • Motivate teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that meet clients’ needs and keep the team on track for delivery
  • Provide measurements of team performance and progress (Team KPI including, Lead time and Cycle time)
  • Guiding the team to remove impediments to ensure teams work optimally on the sprint goals
  • Assist in onboarding new members into the teams onto the project
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Facilitated several streams of activities concurrently using Jira
  • One or more certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe or similar
