شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Senior SEO Specialist
Department: SEO (Pod Structure)
Working Days: Mon to Friday 9 to 17
Type: Full-time | Remote
Level: Senior / Specialist
Task Management: CLick Up

International work experience is a must

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & On-page Execution

Perform comprehensive SEO audits, including:
- Technical SEO Audits (crawlability, speed, CWV, indexation)
- Content Audits (duplicate/thin content, keyword gaps)
- Backlink & Authority Audits (off-page signal health)
- Google Business Profile (local SEO) optimization reviews
Implement Action Items provided by the Strategist, such as:
- Metadata and heading optimization
- Keyword targeting and clustering
- Technical fixes (404s, redirects, internal linking, schema)
Maintain quality assurance (QA) of all technical and content changes.

2. Keyword Research & SERP Analysis

Conduct deep keyword and intent research using Ahrefs, GSC, and other data sources.
Create keyword-to-page mapping and identify opportunities for new content or optimization.
Analyze competitors’ on-page strategies, keyword distribution, and link signals to inform improvements.
Present insights to the Team Lead and Strategist to refine Pod strategy.

3. Content Briefing & Collaboration

Create detailed SEO content briefs (keywords, structure, H-tags, tone, interlinking).
Work directly with the content team to ensure accurate application of SEO recommendations.
Review content drafts for compliance with EEAT, readability, and SEO structure.
Suggest UX and layout improvements to improve dwell time, CTR, and conversions.

4. Research & Continuous Optimization

Conduct regular SERP and trend analyses to spot ranking fluctuations or new opportunities.
Recommend A/B tests (titles, CTAs, schema enhancements) to improve CTR and engagement.
Collaborate with Technical SEO and Data/AI Analyst to integrate automation or insights into workflows.
Document findings, experiment outcomes, and best practices into shared SOPs.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

Prepare accurate task-level and page-level reports summarizing progress and outcomes.
Communicate results clearly to the SEO Strategist / Director for performance evaluation.
Collaborate actively to resolve technical or strategic challenges within the Pod.
Ensure all activities are logged and traceable in the project management system (ClickUp).

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency environment.
Deep practical knowledge of:
- On-page optimization (meta, headings, internal linking, schema)
- Technical SEO (CWV, crawl/indexation, site architecture)
- Keyword strategy and SERP intent analysis
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and details.
Proven ability to translate strategy into precise technical and content executions.
International work experience is a must.

Technical Skills

Tools: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO (or Clearscope), Majestic, GA4, ChatGPT.
Familiar with HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
Competent in using Google Sheets for audit documentation and data tracking.
Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Soft Skills

Analytical mindset and structured thinking.
Clear written and verbal English communication.(Will be tested in interview)
Accountability for quality and timeliness.
Problem-solving and self-driven initiative.
Comfortable working in multi-market and multilingual environments.
