شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. If you have a strong design background, a passion for creating user-centric digital products, and the ability to tackle complex challenges, we want to hear from you! Applicants must include a link to their portfolio in their resume. Priority will be given to candidates who have received international design awards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows and user journey maps to enhance the user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems using reusable components.
  • Conduct usability and accessibility testing to ensure product quality and inclusivity.
  • Create prototypes and wireframes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to communicate design ideas.
  • Work on interaction design, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences.
  • Apply deep knowledge of color theory, typography, and aesthetic standards to design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and meet project objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and propose creative solutions.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (including Components, Variables, Prototypes, Styles, and Auto Layout), FigJam, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of UX writing principles.
  • Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX design methodologies.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and brainstorming innovative ideas.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex digital product designs.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating international award-winning projects are highly preferred.
