شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. If you have a strong design background, a passion for creating user-centric digital products, and the ability to tackle complex challenges, we want to hear from you! Applicants must include a link to their portfolio in their resume. Priority will be given to candidates who have received international design awards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user flows and user journey maps to enhance the user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems using reusable components.
Conduct usability and accessibility testing to ensure product quality and inclusivity.
Create prototypes and wireframes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to communicate design ideas.
Work on interaction design, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences.
Apply deep knowledge of color theory, typography, and aesthetic standards to design.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and meet project objectives.
Analyze data to identify pain points and propose creative solutions.
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma (including Components, Variables, Prototypes, Styles, and Auto Layout), FigJam, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of UX writing principles.
Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX design methodologies.
Strong skills in problem-solving and brainstorming innovative ideas.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design standards.
Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex digital product designs.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating international award-winning projects are highly preferred.
