Nova is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Expert / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with the added ability to manage server setups, transfer domains, and work extensively with WordPress websites. This role requires high proficiency in English as you will communicate with native English-speaking clients and team members and write professional emails and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, etc.)
Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including content updates, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
Set up, configure, and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance for company websites
Handle domain transfers, DNS management, and SSL certificates
Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency and SEO best practices
Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Communicate clearly and professionally with native English-speaking clients, ensuring all emails, reports, and updates are well-crafted and error-free
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to enhance Nova’s digital marketing strategies
Support the marketing team in lead generation efforts, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites, hosting, and server configurations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media)
Hands-on experience with WordPress, including plugin management, theme customization, and content updates
Strong understanding of server setups, hosting environments, and domain management
Familiarity with DNS, SSL, and server security protocols
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for client communications
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and experience in generating reports
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud hosting platforms like DigitalOcean, AWS, or Google Cloud
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools
