Nova Digital Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Media Administrator with strong team collaboration skills. Creativity, a learning mindset, adaptability to changes, and a results-oriented approach are the key traits we are looking for in our new team member.

Requirements:

English Proficiency: All projects are conducted in English, so fluency in English is essential. (Very important)
LinkedIn Proficiency: Expertise in LinkedIn is a priority.

Main Responsibilities:

Planning and executing social media marketing strategies.
Experience in writing and copywriting in English. (Important)
Preferably with an international portfolio (English).
Proficiency in storytelling techniques.
Monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Analyzing and reporting marketing data to the management team.
Managing clients' accounts.

Required Skills and Experience:

English Proficiency: Fluency in English. (Very important)
Deep knowledge and expertise in social media and online public relations.
A strong resume and relevant work samples.
High familiarity with visual and video content creation tools.
Experience with task-oriented platforms.
Creativity and curiosity to generate attractive ideas.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, remote work.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Participation in meetings (Due to time zone differences, meetings may be held at night).
