Role Overview:



We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to increase our brand’s visibility, enhance user engagement, and optimize our online presence on various social media platforms.




What We Are Looking For:



Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.



Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools, graphic design software, Canva, CapCut, and SEO practices.



Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.



Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.




Responsibilities:



  • Content Planning: Develop a content calendar and schedule regular posts for consistent engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging images, videos, stories, and reels that align with our brand’s goals and strategy.
  • Caption Writing: Craft compelling, informative, and persuasive text to accompany images and videos.
  • Content Optimization: Use appropriate hashtags and keywords to increase post visibility.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and other communications promptly and effectively.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Review page statistics and data to better understand interactions and adjust content strategy to meet follower needs.
  • Engagement: Increase page visibility by interacting with other accounts and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Advertising: Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Linkedin.
  • Profile Updates: Ensure profile information and links are up to date.
  • Crisis Management: Respond quickly and effectively to crises or negative feedback.
  • Continual Learning: Stay updated on new tools and Instagram, Linkedin trends.
