Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Scientist or AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and statistical expertise to extract insights from complex datasets, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the development of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a good foundation in data science principles and a keen interest in applying advanced analytics to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve specific business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and data analysts, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and proficiency in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous data and business problems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
