شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of software architecture.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Telewebion’s backend services.
Drive the recruitment and team-building process to establish the Telewebion platform team and lead it toward maturity.
Collaborate in defining and implementing technical solutions and strategies.
Contribute to building and improving team and organizational culture.
Collaborate closely with other engineering teams, product teams, and the Scrum Master to support Telewebion’s growth and development.

Hard skills:

Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Expert in Golang with hands-on experience in designing and developing high-performance backend systems.
Proficiency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and inter-service communication.
Solid experience with software development principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, TDD, CI/CD).
Experience in designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems for enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Good understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption, OWASP, etc.).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a backend engineering team.
Ability to review and improve code quality, enforce best practices, and guide architectural decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs and make pragmatic decisions.

Nice to Have:

Experience with graph databases(Dgraph, Neo4j).
Knowledge of GraphQL and gRPC.
