شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft intuitive, engaging designs to enhance the user experience. You’ll drive the product’s development through research, ideation, and design, ensuring functionality and visual appeal. Emphasizing a mindset of innovation and problem-solving, you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and users to align design with user needs and business goals. Maintaining a cohesive design language will be key to reinforcing the brand’s identity, while applying core principles of empathy and creativity will guide you in delivering effective, user-centered solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for multi-platform use, ensuring consistency and coherence across the entire product.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative design solutions and suggest improvements for products and processes.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, set design requirements, and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements, and modify existing designs to adapt to changing customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with design team members for consistent communication and present design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a product designer with a robust portfolio highlighting your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and other prototyping and documenting tools.
  • Design Principles Understanding: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design techniques.
  • User Research & Usability Testing Experience: Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine and enhance user experiences.
  • Visual Design Excellence: Exceptional visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team, clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes, and integrate feedback into the design process.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker who brings innovative solutions to design challenges and continually pushes the boundaries of design excellence.
  • Empathy: A strong sense of empathy towards users, understanding their needs and pain points to deliver impactful and user-friendly design solutions.
