شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're seeking a dedicated and driven Assistant Product Manager to join our team. You'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and help with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

Help develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
Work with different teams for successful product delivery.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competition.
Help define product features, create user stories, and develop product specifications.
Assist with product documentation, including release notes, user manuals, and training materials.
Collaborate with engineering teams for timely, high-quality product delivery.
Use product performance data and customer feedback to improve product quality and satisfaction.
Support product adoption and engagement through marketing and communication strategies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business).
1+ years of experience in product management, including exposure to the product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for product decisions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with various teams and senior leadership.
Independent and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in agile development environments.
Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
