Our team is expanding, and we are eager to welcome a dedicated Senior Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist who is passionate about personal and professional growth while contributing to our business's development.

  • Proven experience in ML with a Computer Vision AI

  • Experience in designing, developing, and training ML models for large-scale deployments

  • Experience of FastAPI for API development.

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Open to travel to outside Iran

  • At least 5 years of work experience

Role Summary: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of our agile development team, focusing on creating and implementing new AI/ML applications that solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions. Concretely, we are looking for talents with a deep understanding of computer vision algorithms and rich hands-on experience in vision systems. This means exploring, developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deploy AI/ML applications as part of an agile team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Vision AI open source models, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pytorch,  Tensorflow, Hugging Face, and LLMs
  • Strong experience with database management.
  • Knowledge of FastAPI for API development.
  • Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning applications and products.
  • Experience in optimizing web applications for performance, security, and resilience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of React.js.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with pair programming and test-driven development (TDD).
