Our flagship product, Finspector, is an AI-driven financial marketing compliance platform designed to help businesses gain insights, manage risk, and streamline operations for marketing compliance. We are at the forefront of innovation in this space and are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our products.

Job Overview:

As the Product Manager at Goodfolio, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, with a particular focus on Finspector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets market needs and delivers value to users. In addition to defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, you will also act as the Product Owner, using ticketing systems like Jira to manage workflows, backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of product features.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for Finspector, ensuring alignment with Goodfolio’s business objectives.
Product Ownership: Manage the product backlog using Jira or other ticketing systems, ensuring proper prioritisation of features, user stories, and tasks. Create detailed tickets, acceptance criteria, and track progress with the development team.
User Research: Conduct and lead user research initiatives to understand user pain points, gather feedback, and validate product features to ensure that user needs are effectively addressed.
Feature Prioritisation & Roadmapping: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and technical tasks, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, gathering input, and setting expectations.
Metrics & Data-Driven Decisions: Define key metrics to measure product success and continuously analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product and feature launches.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine the product development process, ensuring that the team is using Agile methodologies effectively to deliver high-quality products on time.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally within the SaaS, AI, or FinTech space.
Experience managing the product backlog and sprint cycles using Jira, Trello, or similar ticketing systems.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Experience conducting user research to inform product decisions and validate features.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks for the development team.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking key product KPIs and making informed decisions based on performance metrics.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of the product roadmap.
Complete fluency and work experience in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with AI-driven platforms or financial compliance tools.
Familiarity with product management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) and best practices for backlog management.
Knowledge of financial marketing compliance, risk management, or regulatory environments.
Design experience or knowledge of UX/UI best practices to contribute to product design and ensure a user-friendly experience.
