Job Description

At SYBT we are looking for a Senior Public Relations (PR) specialist who is in charge of organizing and overseeing PR activities, develop and execute PR strategies, ensure effective communication with stakeholders, shaping and protecting the corporate image of a company in media and the public, managing media relations, writing PR copy, planning events and analyzing public opinion to maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand.

Responsibilities :

Develop and Formulate PR campaigns and media relations strategies
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
Manage PR issues as well as Seeking opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
Organize PR events (e.g., open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with branch managers
Present solutions in times of PR crisis
Address inquiries from the media and other parties
Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion and reporting to related managers

Requirements :

Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives
Experience in copywriting and editing
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
