شرح موقعیت شغلی

As one of the key players in international logistics visibility platforms and tracking services, we seek an experienced SEO Lead to join our dynamic team to shape and enhance our SEO strategies and lead our team in the international market. Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement SEO strategies aligned with company objectives and vendor interests.
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and mentorship and setting clear goals to achieve organic growth targets.
  • Oversee optimizing website content, landing pages, metadata, and other elements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and guide efforts across content, technical SEO, and link-building activities.
  • Develop and execute off-page strategies to enhance backlink profiles and domain authority.
  • Conduct and manage in-depth keyword research to identify content optimization and targeting opportunities.
  • Utilize keyword analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts. 
  • Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to track website performance, keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure website infrastructure, speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical aspects comply with SEO best practices. 
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Content, Design, Development, and Product, to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve SEO performance. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly. 
Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO elements, including crawl ability, site architecture, schema markup, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, structured data, and website performance optimization 
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO and web analytics tools 
  • Understanding of content optimization strategies, content gap analysis, and the ability to guide content creation teams in producing SEO-friendly and high-quality content 
  • Experience in developing and executing effective link-building strategies 
  • Awareness of mobile SEO best practices 
  • Ability to stay updated with search engine algorithm changes (Google, Bing, etc.) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly 
  • Deep knowledge of Google Algorithms and Updates 
  • Deep Knowledge of Semantic SEO and Topical Authority
  • Proven experience in international SEO 
  • Proven success in the NA and European region
  • Deep understanding of SaaS SEO
