Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. As part of the Data Team at Sheypoor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret datasets to provide insights that support strategic decisions across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions to aid decision-making processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms to perform detailed analyses and present findings.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business and product metrics effectively.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the classified ads, e-commerce, or digital platforms industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to business decisions through data insights.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the potential to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical insights in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
