شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating successful Scrum practices. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering an Agile culture, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for our Agile teams, guiding them on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
  • Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment where team members feel safe to discuss issues and experiment with solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog and a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and track team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, promoting self-organization and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on team progress, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical practices is a plus.
