شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating successful Scrum practices. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering an Agile culture, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for our Agile teams, guiding them on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment where team members feel safe to discuss issues and experiment with solutions.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog and a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor and track team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, promoting self-organization and accountability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on team progress, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical practices is a plus.
