شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. As part of Data team at Sheypoor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping managers and executives make data-driven decisions. Your role will focus on analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide strategic insights to various departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, provide data-driven solutions, and assist decision-making.
Utilize tools such as Python, SQL, Spark, and data visualization platforms to develop comprehensive analyses.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and product metrics for various departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing business decisions through data.
Proficiency in Python in the field of data (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and SQL for efficient querying, data manipulation, and advanced analysis.
Strong knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, PySpark, or similar frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, and corresponding libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing best practices is a plus.
