:Summary

If you have passion for fixing bugs in code and programming, you may be cut out for career in manual testing. As a Software Tester, you will have a major role to play in the quality assurance stage of software development. You will carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements. This involves the analysis of software to prevent issues and fixing bugs before the product is dispatched to users

   The Sheypoor QA team’s key mission is to work seamlessly with all involved teams using Agile methodologies to deliver stable, high-quality applications to our users by driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes participating in requirements grooming, functional testing, utilizing automation infrastructure and test tools to automate tests and supporting production deployments

Role & Responsibilities

Analyzing the requirements from end user

Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases

Understanding the software requirements

Analyzing and executing Test Cases

Defect logging/follow-up

Communicating and Send the test reports to test lead

Reporting of bugs to developers so as to fix it

Test Cases for various testing processes

Summary Reports

Identifying Test data requirements for test cases

Suggestion Documents (to improve software quality

Creating test cases from the user stories or from test scenarios

Perform the task again where the defect is found

Make sure that the application is defect free

Qualification and Other Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Work in an agile development environment

At least 1 years’ experience in manual test

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

Test tracking software

Agile project management as Pivotal Tracker

Functional testing
