Technical Team Lead

Are you passionate about building scalable and user-friendly online platforms? Do you have experience in leading a team of developers and delivering high-quality products? If yes, then you might be the perfect fit for Shavaz, an online cosmetics store that is expanding into a full market place.

Shavaz is looking for a Technical Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the development of the market place system, from design to deployment. You will work closely with the product team, the business stakeholders, and the external vendors to ensure that the system meets the requirements and expectations of the customers and the company.

As a Technical Team Lead, you will:

Manage a team of developers using PHP(Laravel), MySql,Redis, React Js, MongoDb, ElasticSearch , etc.
Define the system architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, security, and performance
Review code and provide feedback and guidance to the developers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the product manager
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the system

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 5 years of experience in web development
At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of developers
Strong knowledge of web development principles, frameworks, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in online market place development is a plus
