We are looking for a Social Media Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our social media accounts to enhance audience engagement, implement content strategies, and monitor social media metrics. This role is crucial in maintaining our brand's presence and reputation across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media accounts with new content and posts, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and goals.
Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools to maintain a steady stream of content.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster community engagement and provide customer support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
