We are on the hunt for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to enrich our marketing team. The ideal candidate will spearhead our social media strategy to boost brand visibility, enhance marketing efforts, and increase sales. This role requires a knack for identifying and collaborating with key bloggers and influencers, as well as expertise in choosing the most effective social media channels for our advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, utilizing competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (e.g., text, images, video) that fosters meaningful engagement and encourages community interaction.
Blogger and Influencer Collaboration: Identify, evaluate, and engage with bloggers and influencers who align with our brand values to expand our reach and enhance content authenticity.
Social Media Channels Selection: Strategically select and manage the most effective social media channels for our advertising campaigns, aiming to optimize reach and engagement with our target audience.
Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform, increasing the visibility of our social content.
Monitor and moderate all user-generated content in accordance with our community guidelines.
Create and maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to continuously improve our strategy, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer relations, sales) to manage our online reputation, identify key trends, and coordinate action plans.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, including direct experience working with bloggers and influencers to craft engaging campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to select and leverage the most suitable social media channels for targeted advertising campaigns, based on an in-depth understanding of each platform’s unique audience and features.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
