Sales Support

Job Description

•Supporting sales team by providing qualified leads

•Approaching customers by sending sales content and trying to produce initial attraction

•Develop and maintain customer information and database and submitting leads in CRM

•Arranging meetings with potential customers

•Resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

•Customer training supports

•Prepare sales reports and keeping customer records

•Support sales and marketing activities by attending in in-office and off-office events

•Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in the assigned regions

•Establish and maintain a close relationship with clients and partners

Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Management

•Appropriate appearance, professional dressing style, attractive personality and positive mindset

•At least 1 years of experience in the field of sales

•Good command of computer skills MS Office (especially Excel)

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•Having a good spirit of cooperation and good team work ability

•Ability to work under pressure

•Fluent in English
