شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities


  • Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy and social media calendar and monthly plan to align with business goals and marketing/promotional campaigns
  • Set specific objectives, monitor and report on metrics and ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Plan & execute Instagram and FB Live contents weekly ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like product & design team, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, influencer marketing, online collaborations, blog ideas
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements and skills:


  • Proven work experience in Social Media management
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills (English)
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with creative design
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
