شرح موقعیت شغلی

- Lead the Daily Scrum and other key ceremonies for Agile Development Teams
- Be a leader and facilitator of team meetings, decision-making, and maturity
- Protect and support the scrum process while getting the most out of teams
- Lead retrospective discussions using both metrics and subjectivity to help continuously improve our team, product, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and innovation
- Remove internal and external impediments for the team as their servant leader
- Help mitigate risks and dependencies
- Actively guide the team to deliver to committed deadlines
- Guide the team in implementing and applying agile values and practices
- Promote team members’ skills development so that they can quickly become autonomous and get the maximum benefits from agile methods
- Ensure that the team is functioning well, productive, well organized and growing into its role
- Ensure that the product owner and the team carrying out the work understand their roles and perform them correctly
- Act as a facilitator and lead team meetings
- Interact with the existing community of agile practitioners to share and learn best practices
- Share observations; make and apply recommendations to improve and standardize agile practices
- Successfully lead and manage all facets of agile project delivery including, but not limited to, sprint planning, scrum execution, team organization, project risk assessment, implementation and reporting.
- Proactively removes blocker/barriers enabling project team to complete objectives
- Acts as an Agile mentor/coach to other Scrum Masters or any Agile role
- Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to document engineering tasks
- Collaborate with engineering and product leads to help maintain healthy agile teams
- Help define company Agile processes
- Manage agile project management tool (Jira)
- Co-manage product backlogs

Requirements

- Experience as a team’s scrum master
- Proficiency in agile values and principles
- Scrum Master on a software development team 1+ years
- Excellent understanding of Jira
- Strong communication skills including the capability to interact and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to assist in writing and gathering requirements for User Stories
- The ability to motivate and influence a team to drive key outcomes
Preferred qualifications
- Bonus for Scrum Master Certification or working towards certification
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or any other appropriate field
