شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

The Business Analyst will identify and solve business opportunities using quantitative analysis and holistic problem-solving frameworks. This position will partner with peers across product, product marketing, and operations to launch strategies, observe their impact, and optimize results. This role is for someone hungry to drive real bottom-line impact on the business while working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and creative environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct analyses and develop strategies which drive a demonstrable impact on Growth KPIs
Build insights which power the design and development of new user experiences
Recommend new initiatives and strategies which drive a bottom-line impact
Design customer-facing experiments and partner with peers to develop solutions and assess go-to-market feasibility
Own performance dashboards, alerting, and investigation into Growth KPI health. Assess the impact of new product features on KPIs
Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines

Main Requirements:

Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Critical thinker - you consider problems from all angles to remove bias and touch bottom on key assumptions
Results-oriented - you will do whatever it takes to ensure success. You ground your contributions in real customer and business impact and prioritize your time to maximize speed-to-impact.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills. You drive consensus through grounded arguments, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
Creative problem-solver - able to identify obstacles and present viable solutions
