We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative team. This role requires leadership skills, and exceptional design expertise. As the Art Director, you will oversee the artistic direction of our projects and guide a team of designers to deliver exceptional visual experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as an art director or in a similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including a variety of projects across different mediums
- Perfect English knowledge
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or multimedia techniques
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital mediums
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of designers
- Ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full-time position based in Tehran, requiring on-site presence
