About the Role: We are an immigration services company based in Tehran, Iran, seeking an experienced Business Controller to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind process optimization, enforcement of compliance with operational procedures, and rigorous KPI tracking across all departments. Reporting directly to the COO, you will coordinate between teams and use data-driven insights to ensure our operations run efficiently and align with the company’s goals. This is a crucial position for maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced business setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Report directly to the COO and provide regular updates on operational performance and process adherence.
• Collect, verify, and analyze reports and data from different departments to design and optimize operational procedures for greater efficiency.
• Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department, ensuring results are on target and aligned with overall company goals.
• Oversee the execution of established procedures and ensure company-wide compliance with these operational processes.
• Follow up on tasks and action items, making sure that all processes are being properly implemented and deadlines are met.
• Act as a key coordination point between departments to enhance cross-functional communication and overall operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to workflows based on data-driven insights, helping to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business controlling, process management, or operational monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to data verification and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting findings and coordinating with various teams.
• Proven ability to monitor and report on KPIs, analyze trends, and make insightful recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Experience in the immigration industry is preferred but not required.
