شرح موقعیت شغلی

You seek a deep understanding of our customers, the product, technology and industry, what makes a service marketplace work. You will research domestic and international competitors and get an idea of what is the basic tone. You are able to put yourself in the mind of the sellers and buyer and find the gap that needs to be explained and guided with the least amount of words while keeping in mind the creation of our tone of voice system.

Content will be written in farsi and translated into Spanish and English together with a translator.

Collaboration with translators, designers, product managers, engineers and other key stakeholders comes naturally to you and is a must.

A day in the life as a UX writer in our organization.
You review wireframes and UI designs and start creating content which then is demonstrated before it is handed to translators.
You will log on to our daily meetings (if need be) in discord and then follow our workflow and contribute through figma, google docs, figma and miro.

Requirements:

English is a big plus but not a must, rather working experience in writing content for online marketplaces or similar online platforms.
Be able to send us a portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX focus; including problems you helped solve for, your contributions, and impact to the customer
Experience working directly with designers, product managers, researchers, and other subject matter experts.
Working knowledge of the design process and ability to work independently.
Define guidance and educate peers to bring the same level of quality to all languages supported in our product.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of UX writing experience or related
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), Journalism, Marketing/Communications.
Experience working in a collaborative team, publicly white-boarding, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
Experience independently driving the design review cycle and closing on design requirements is a big plus.

Work conditions:

Work is remote 100%, and payment is package based similar to freelance work (you will receive wireframes which you will estimate the time needed to provide draft, proposal and final version for once approved you start working)

You will be paid in cryptocurrency (tether).
