شرح موقعیت شغلی

ASP is looking for a senior UI/UX designer to join our team. The software is a responsive, Python/Django based web application with multiple modules including lots of dashboards, charts, lists, modals, settings and many other elements. We need someone who can design software UI/UX that is intuitive and guides the user, make otherwise complicated software easy to use and understand and has a modern, consumer facing application look and feel. You need to be able to work well with animation, use color appropriately to guide the user and be familiar with design best practices. You need to be able to learn our product, understand our user base and understand our roadmap and direction that the software is going. You need to be able to bring ideas to the table and work closely with both product management and engineering., Strong English and communication skills are required. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product manager and developers
  • Illustrate design ideas with the team
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like (Contribute to ideation and sketching sessions, storyboards, prototyping and usability testing to create comprehensive wireframe system)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:


  • Minimum 3 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital or services (web application).
  • Have a strong Design and UX portfolio in data visualization projects
  • Professional experience with UI/UX design work for both desktop and Web-Base 
  • Working knowledge of; HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience working across multiple phases of design (interaction, visual design and prototyping)
  • Teamwork capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Passion for design, telling customer stories, and simplifying the complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
Conditions:


  • Company Location:  Ghanbarzade Street, Beheshti Street, Tehran
  • Working time: Sat.-Wed. 8am to 5pm , Thur. 8am to 2pm
