Job Description
Hermes Capital is seeking talented software engineers and developers to contribute to our innovative solutions in Iran's financial sector, focusing on algorithmic trading engines and Monitoring systems. The role encompasses working collaboratively with multiple teams, overseeing day-to-day development, participating in Architecture and Design processes, and maintaining real-time, mission-critical systems. The position offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge by working on novel applications and contributing significantly to our flagship projects, covering the entire development lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and maintenance. You will also engage in developing shared components, exploring new technologies, establishing best practices, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Qualifications


  • Background in CE/CS or related fields, either recently graduated or currently enrolled in related programs.
  • Keen problem-solving skills, innovative mindset, and enthusiasm for technological challenges.
  • Good programming skills, with a focus on efficient coding and the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
  • Passionate about learning and staying updated with the latest in system Design, Architecture, and implementation.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
  • Familiarity with different programming paradigms and architectural patterns.
  • Strong team-player mentality and eagerness to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
  • Some experience or exposure to enterprise software Design, development, and Testing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently when needed.
  • Preferred: Interest or experience in functional programming (e.g., Clojure, Java), JVM technologies, and real-time scalable systems..
