شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead our engineering team and take ownership of the technical direction, architecture, engineering execution, and team development.

You will work closely with the CEO, Business Line Owner, Product, and Design teams to turn business and product requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable technology solutions.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who combines strong hands-on engineering expertise with people leadership and product-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team.
Own the technical architecture and engineering standards.
Make pragmatic technology and architecture decisions aligned with business priorities.
Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Break down complex initiatives into actionable technical plans and deliverables.
Review code and ensure high standards of quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Establish and improve engineering processes, development practices, and technical documentation.
Take ownership of system reliability, performance, observability, and incident management.
Drive technical debt reduction and continuous improvement.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development of engineers.
Establish effective CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
Identify technical risks and proactively address scalability and reliability challenges.
Balance speed of execution with long-term technical sustainability.
Stay hands-on when necessary, particularly in critical architectural and engineering challenges.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
Strong backend development experience and solid understanding of distributed systems.
Experience designing and scaling production-grade systems.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, databases, caching, messaging, and system integration.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience working closely with Product, Business, and Design teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to make technical decisions under ambiguity and business pressure.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to build a high-performance engineering culture.
