We are entering an exciting phase of expansion, and over the coming months, our company is expected to grow several-fold in terms of customers, products, and team size.
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization and help us scale with confidence.If you are passionate about building high-performing engineering teams, designing scalable platforms, and shaping the technology strategy of a rapidly growing company, we'd love to meet you.

- Architect secure, resilient, and highly scalable systems capable of supporting rapid business growth.
- Work closely with the CEO, Product, Operations, and Business teams to align technology initiatives with company objectives.
- Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and technical governance.
- Drive innovation while maintaining platform stability, security, and performance.
- Build and optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to the FinTech industry.
- Make strategic technology decisions regarding architecture, tools, and vendor partnerships.
Location: Our flagship gold store, Sandoghche, is located in Ahvaz, Iran. Currently, our Marketing, Technology, and other business teams operate remotely. We will be launching our Tehran office in the near future as part of our growth and expansion plans.
