شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Manage and coordinate communications with clients, including the definition of project scope, updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or questions from clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Professional Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that project designs and plans are professionally reviewed, verified, and evaluated for accuracy and feasibility. This includes scheduling evaluations, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that any required certifications or approvals are secured.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

·      Construction or Field Work Exposure: Basic knowledge of construction sites, material use, and engineering applications from previous fieldwork experience 

·      Basic Structural Knowledge: Understanding of structural analysis, building codes, and construction principles. 

·      Project Management Basics: Familiarity with project timelines, budgeting, and scheduling processes. 

·      Technical Proficiency: Competence in using industry-standard engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Ability to produce, review, and modify engineering drawings and plans using these software tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with advanced engineering software, such as Revit, Civil 3D, or other related tools, is highly preferred. The ability to efficiently handle complex designs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and troubleshoot technical issues is considered a significant advantage.
