شرح موقعیت شغلی

Essential Qualifications for the IT Administrator Role:
 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Operating Systems Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Linux OS, with the ability to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware systems running on Linux. Certification in Linux administration (e.g., CompTIA Linux+, LPIC) is preferred.
Programming Skills:
Proficiency in C# programming language, with experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications.
Solid understanding of Java, capable of working on different software products that require Java programming skills.
Networking and Storage Systems:
Knowledge of networking concepts (CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is desirable).
Experience with storage solutions and architectures, particularly those relevant to long-term archiving systems. Familiarity with technologies like SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
Language Proficiency:
Strong command of the English language, with a minimum level of intermediate proficiency equivalent to a grade of 6 on the General IELTS, for effective communication with clients, team members, and international partners.
Web Development and SEO:
Experience in developing and maintaining websites using WordPress.
Research and Development: Ability to conduct research and development to innovate and improve the company's portfolio based on technical knowledge.
Training Skills: Capable of training clients' staff on hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving common errors, ensuring high levels of client support.
Content Creation: Skills in creating technical demos, whitepapers, and content for the company’s products and services, contributing to knowledge sharing and marketing strategies.
Desirable Additional Skills:

  •  Certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) could be beneficial.
  •  Previous experience in IT support or administration within similar industries.
  •  Familiarity with Complex Systems
  •  Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a 99% uptime for the BluRay Archiving Systems 
  • implementing routine maintenance and quick-response troubleshooting protocols.
  • Develop and deliver training program for the client’s staff on hardware maintenance and error resolution
  • Develop and implement new features or improvement in the company’s formal websites using WordPress
  • Create and Present technical demos to clients and customers
  • Publish whitepapers and technical contents related to company's portfolio
