شرح موقعیت شغلی

Lead backend and API developer

In this position you will be working together with our CTO to set up and implement professional software development processes and refine the software architecture for our products. You will also implement new features and integrate new technologies in cooperation with our data science team to help us build secure and fun to use applications. We are looking for someone with a strong expertise in backend development but is also no stranger to frontend topics. It’s a plus if you are familiar with web technologies.

Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:

Integrate with third party vendors in a resilient fail-safe environment to enhance or supplement decision making
Ability to create high level API integration diagrams/network flows and write automated tests
Ability to create business models and opportunities of API partners
Write integration tests. (BE, QE) Write unit tests (FE)
Implement and contribute to test plans and/or test cases in medium to large sized projects of mid to high complexity.
Perform code reviews inter- & intra-Agile teams.
Calculate or pre-calculate various derived features in a scalable near-real time fashion
Design, develop, peer review and test a wide range of components including REST APIs, statistical modeling methods,
Work closely with our Data Science, Product and Platform teams to manage risk exposure and perform fraud analysis and prevention while delivering the best possible customer experience
Work closely with DevOps to deploy platform features to production

Qualifications :

Solid software engineering background
Very good experience with designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions
Experience with big-data technologies (MongoDB and SQL)
Experience working with large datasets, maintaining data extraction, feature processing pipelines (machine learning models in a production environment is a plus)
Experience writing C++, Python code for production and ideally with machine-learning libraries. Experience with MATLAB is a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements into automated solution (algorithms)
Work with FIX protocol is a plus.
Experience working with data, especially with large, complex datasets
SQL and Mongo DB
