About Rosa

Rosa builds intelligent AI agents that interact with humans and continuously learn from those interactions. Our core product, Rosa Bud, is an AI agent designed to engage with leads and executives while improving over time through real conversations. We are expanding our team to strengthen the technical foundation of Bud’s workflows and learning capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced n8n Workflow Engineer to design, build, and optimize complex, production-grade AI agent workflows. You will play a key role in developing Rosa Bud’s automation and learning intelligence layer using n8n as the core orchestration platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable, and well-architected workflows rather than simple automations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, production-ready workflows in n8n
Develop and maintain custom Code Nodes (JavaScript/Python)
Architect workflows with proper error handling, logging, observability, and multi-tenancy
Integrate n8n with APIs, databases (Supabase, Qdrant, etc.), and LLM services
Improve workflow performance, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with the team using Agile methodologies and follow clean architecture principles
Contribute to the overall technical direction of AI agent orchestration at Rosa

Requirements

Must have:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on, professional experience working with n8n (this is a strict requirement)
Strong experience in designing and maintaining complex, production-grade n8n workflows
Proficiency in writing custom Code Nodes using JavaScript and/or Python
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and workflow orchestration patterns
Bachelor’s degree from one of the following universities (or equivalent top-tier technical university):
- Sharif University of Technology
- Amirkabir University of Technology
- Iran University of Science and Technology (Elm o Sanat)

Nice to have:

Experience building AI agent workflows or LLM-powered automations
Familiarity with Supabase, Qdrant, or vector databases
Experience with multi-tenancy, security best practices, and scalable workflow design
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices
