Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, processes, and systems to deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Design and implement business process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, business models, and process flows.
Create and present reports, dashboards, and business cases to support decision-making for stakeholders.
Assist in the development of business strategies and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for innovative solutions and competitive advantages.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that project goals are met within time and budget constraints.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and support post-implementation analysis.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business problems and propose solutions backed by data.
Telecom Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom operations, services, and technology trends is highly preferred.
Business Process Mapping & Improvement: Expertise in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in gathering, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, including tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive collaboration.
Project Management: Experience in handling multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and recommending feasible solutions.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of telecom-specific software and systems (e.g., CRM, OSS/BSS platforms).
