Position Overview – Telecom Solution Expert
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with solid experience in the telecom industry and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and capabilities:
Technical Experience:
Practical experience in telecom, with hands-on involvement in BSS and CVM implementation.
In-depth knowledge of: Billing Systems, CRM, Sales Lead & Prospect Management, Self-Care, Order Management, Inventory, and Customer Value Management (CVM).
Strong understanding of telecom services: GSM, Fixed Line (Voice & Data), and Value-Added Services (VAS).
Familiarity with platforms and tools such as: Wildfly (JBoss), Tomcat, Superset (reporting), Redis, Kafka, NiFi, Prometheus, Logstash, ELK, Argo CD, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch.
Project Delivery & Testing:
Ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver in a team-oriented environment.
Skilled in writing test cases based on requirements and executing deployments accordingly.
Exposure to software deployment, troubleshooting, and validation processes.
Soft Skills & Communication:
Strong presentation skills and ability to handle client interactions under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Effective team leadership abilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English – mandatory.
