Job Description


 Join Our Team! MFS, RECO & FTTX Specialist Wanted for MSO/VAS Department 
Ready to take your career to the next level in the exciting world of IT and digital services? We’re looking for a passionate and driven MFS, RECO & FTTX Specialist to join our MSO/VAS team and help us transform the digital experience for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
•    Manage MFS (Mobile Financial Services) and RECO (Recomendation Engine) systems to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and introduce new, innovative solutions.
•    Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance, ensuring all systems run efficiently and customer needs are met.
•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
•    Help design and implement Value Added Services (VAS) that create new opportunities for growth and customer satisfaction.
•    Design, implement, and maintain FTTX networks to ensure high-quality high-speed internet connectivity.
•    Work with technical teams to review and improve fiber optic network quality and resolve any related issues.
We’re looking for someone who:
•    Has a solid background in MFS and RECO systems.
•    Is familiar with MSO (Mobile Services Operations) and VAS (Value Added Services) technologies.
•    Has experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining FTTX networks and fiber optic network management.
•    Possesses a strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear solutions.
•    Is proactive, innovative, and energetic, always looking for ways to improve systems and services.
•    Has excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
•    Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

•    Experience with IT service management tools and platforms.
