شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Gather, validate and document business requirements
Analyze commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Create functional specifications for solutions
Estimate costs and identify business savings
Simplify information and easily to understand by the whole team
Implement and test of solutions
Support business transition and help to establish change

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Effective stakeholder engagement: Business analysts are likely to deal with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Critical thinking: The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
Problem solving: The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
Decision making: The ability to make decisions such as requirement prioritization and assessing viability of solutions
Documentation and writing skills: Business analysts will find themselves creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents
Confident presenter: The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings
